I got rid of the "Stars and Stripes" news, the paper we get on base, because the feed I found only reflects news in the Pacific Theater. It's actually a pretty balanced paper, only partially DoD subsidized and editorially independent from the Army. Good comics and NY Times crossword, too. It's been around since the Civil War! For the weather around here, click "edit" and type in MOSUL (about 30mi north of here), then choose it. Strangely, the Hi/Lo is in F but I think the current temp in Mosul shows in Celsius!
